We had two separate contracts with Modern Building for this project. The first was for the site work which included digging out 10,000 cubic yards for the basement of hospital, clearing and all other earthwork, bringing in base rock, paving the parking lots, and widening Skyway on both sides of the road. The second contract was to install a five tank sewer treatment system as there are no city sewer services in the area.
is a fully licensed and insured general contractor. We provide a turnkey construction project with our team of project managers and superintendents while our in house crews self perform site-work including earthwork, aggregate base, paving, underground utilities, irrigation and landscaping.
